Could have been better.

− Elevator was not working for the three days we were here. There’s not an ice machine on the first floor. The breakfast is less than what we’ve experienced at other places.
Smelled like mold - couldn't stay.

− We arrived late due to an event we attended. When we got there, we were placed in a room on the 3rd floor despite not having an elevator working and I was solo with 3 kids. When we got into the room, the room smelled awful like mold. I have 2 of my kids with bad allergies/asthma, so we simply couldn't stay. They luckily provided me a refund, but unluckily, they had no other rooms, and we ended up traveling 25 minutes away to find a hotel. It was incredibly disappointing as the reviews online were good, but this was just an awful experience.

8.0The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and I really liked the shower.
− Our breakfast was disappointing. The website showed cheese omelets and or cheese to put on your eggs which neither was provided. Our scrambled eggs were over cooked as the sausage was also over cooked. I have stayed at other locations and was always extremely please with the breakfast.
The hotel exceeded my expectations. I never write reviews for places but this truly deserves it.
10.0I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I am EXTREMELY picky about hotels I stay in and have not one complaint to give about it. Hotels can be not worth the price due to cleanliness but this hotel was truly above and beyond. The room was SPOTLESS. I don’t like the feeling of staying in a room someone has been in before and this truly made it seem like it was my own home!! The staff here deserve to hear its truly one of my best hotel stays. THANK YOU
