This is a fine hotel to stay in when in the Hartford area. Reasonable rates and a very good value.

DARK & DISMAL Room
7.0− Room was very DARK & depressing. Felt like being in a cave even on sunny days. Not having adequate lighting made completion of the simplest activities of daily living annoying & distressing.

10.0Every thing was amazing & professional! Especially the staff.!!!! During my stay from check in till check out my experience was outstanding. Rosie, Odessa, and Abdullah were all very professional, helpful,and very polite. Our room #305 was very clean,cozy,and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast 10 plus!!! Will definitely be returning to stay again
