− We paid for a 2 bedroom. We walked into the room and had to immediately leave it. It smelled like either pee or cat litter. Lady at front desk gave us a studio room for the night because there were no 2 bedrooms available. Manager Kim was very apologetic. The next day gave us the presidential suite and extra membership points. Everything worked out.
Worst Service Ever

− Both Booking.com and Residence Inn were both unsatisfactory, to resolving my need to modify my reservation for two whole days before my my initial stay date. I will not be using either services in any capacity going forward. Booking.com claims that modifications have to be done through the hotel. And the hotel says that they can't make any modifications without the permission of Booking.com. Meanwhile Booking.com makes it extremely hard to even reach anyone for customer service. Its a complete racket. Neither will get me as a customer again.
