− Looked like a homeless shelter that should have been shut down years ago. Place was falling apart.

9.0Like that is centrally located from dow town.
I don't recommend.
2.0− This place is in very poor condition, the room is very dirty, no carpet, the staff is not friendly, they wanted to charge $50 for a spill clean up on a towel. There is no place for the dogs to roam or use the restroom.
