− Casa Indiana is impressive and beautifully located, but several serious issues impacted our stay. Most important: four large bedrooms (for in total 12 guests) have bathrooms that can only be reached by going OUTSIDE onto the balcony, also at night. This is NOT mentioned in the listing or on their site or at Booking.com and would have influenced our decision to book. The house is also under-equipped and worn: minimal lighting (one lamp per room), only one dishwasher and one Nespresso machine for a large group (28), no kitchen or pool towels despite being promised, broken or heavily used kitchen equipment, non-functioning exterior lights, and central heating that didn’t switch on. Overall, the comfort and price–quality ratio is far below expectations. Finally, both my wife and I received detailed WhatsApp messages “from Flateli” asking for credit card details — containing personal information that must have come from their system. After notifying the organization, they acknowledge there was a security breach on their booking-system.
