ABSOLUTLY FAB FOR MY 80 YEAR OLD MUM AND SISTERS MEMORIES MADE FOREVER
10.0THE STAFF WERE SO SO GOOD MY MUM HAS DEMENTIA AND THEY WERE SO PATIENT WITH HER. WE DECIDED TO STAY AND EXTRA NIGHT AND HAD BOOKED THROUGH BOOKING.COM AND THEN THE 4TH PERSON IN THE GROUP DECIDED TO STAY TOO SO WE HAD TO CHANGE THE ROOM AND BOOKING.COM YOU CANNOT GET THROUGH TO THEM. RECEPTION STAFF TOLD ME EXACTLY WHAT TO DO EXTENDED OUR CHECKOUT TIME AND WENT TO GREAT TROUBLE TO LET US KEEP THE ROOMS WE WERE IN THE NIGHT BEFORE SO WE DIDNT HAVE TO PACK UP AGAIN FOR THE SECOND NIGHT.

6.0The pool was nice. It's not great that kids aren't allowed after 7:30pm. We had a long day driving and they were looking forward to a swim but we're told no.
− No ventilation in the room except an open window and a fan. No airconditioning on a warm day and the room was uncomfortably warm.
