− Deposito bagagli troppo caro ( 30 euro per tenere in custodia 3 valigie per un paio d’ore e’ quasi un furto). Buffet colazione molto scarso ( 1 sola torta, nessun croissant)

Vero B&B. Pulito, atmosfera familiare, ottima colazione. Bello iniziare la giornata chiacchierando con la signora Gigliola e la sua famiglia. Torneremo!

Aggressive, frightening, and unprofessional host

The property itself is well located and I initially had positive interactions with the host.

− My experience unfortunately became extremely uncomfortable after an unexpected situation where a friend stayed overnight after becoming heavily intoxicated late at night. I felt compelled to let her stay as it felt unsafe to leave her alone, and when contacted by the property in the morning we were cooperative and resolved the issue promptly. I sent over the ID details for my friend, but soon after there was aggressive banging on the door to the room, and as two young women we found this scary and alarming, as the situation had already been sorted out. I fully understand the property’s obligation to register all overnight guests under Italian law, and I cooperated immediately by providing identification details when requested, even though the requests were made in a very threatening manner. I was charged an additional €50 fee which I could not find clearly disclosed within the property listing, booking conditions, or property information provided in the room. What upset me most though was the way the situation was handled. Despite cooperating and resolving the matter, I was confronted in person by multiple owners/family members and shouted at aggressively for an extended period of time. As a solo female traveller, I found this extremely intimidating and distressing and it left me feeling uncomfortable and unsafe for the remainder of my stay. I would not recommend anyone travelling alone to stay here as it is an uncomfortable and hostile environment. There is a standard of professionalism that should be maintained by business owners, and this host clearly has some temperament issues that make her unfit to run a business. From other reviews I can see that this is not an isolated incident, and in the past any minor upset (for example an accidental glass breaking) has been met with unprecedented anger, shouting, intimidation, and threatening behaviour.

− Soba v pritličju ni za oddajanje in cena ni primerna oz premosorazmerna z kvaliteto bivanja. Sobe imajo neko modro osvetlitek,ki se je ne da ugasniti in motijo spanje. Starejša ženska nepotrpežljivo pojasnjuje zaklepanje njihovih zahtevnih dvojnih vrat in zjutraj pri zajtrku, ko smo se s prijatelji malo smejali nas je utišala z besedami pšt, kljub temu ima hotel 4 zvezdice.
