10.0La ubicación era excelente, cerca de TODO y además el contar con una estación de metro como Gran Vía a una cuadra hacia que todo fuera mucho más fácil. El personal siempre preocupado y con muy buena disposición siempre.

− Estuve un día y luego regresé a los ocho días para alojarme cuatro noches mas y para guardarme el carry on me cobraban 10 euros por día cuando deviera ser un servicio a prestar gratuitamente ya que yo volvía a alojarme en el hotal (en otros hoteles me la han guardado sin costo alguno)

− Que me e dejado unas gafas de marcas y dicen que no me e dejado nada que no an encontrado nada y eso es mentira mis gafas me las e dejado en la habitación 100%
