This place is a wreck .
1.0The woman at the front desk was great.
− Ensuring else. The door didn't lock and they didn't know how to fix it. We put a chair under the handle. It stunk. Their was no pool, their was no couch in our "deluxe queen suite". The beds were like trampolines. Their was no phone so we had to keep going to the lobby with every problem and there were many. We asked for a refund of one night for all the issues and the manager didn't even respond to the desk clerk.
Manager is so understanding and amazing but her staff is rude specially that guy in the picture I asked to speak to the

3.0The staff was very nice.
− We had a room on the first floor which was dirty with mouse droppings in the kitchen draws. The keys didn’t lock the door so we were moved to another room where the tv didnt work, graffiti on the bathroom door, the toilet didn’t flush correctly . We will never go there again. Very run down appearance.
