The house is great in every way—close to town and the beach, clean, and quiet. However, there is one downside: the bed isn't very good. If the bed were replaced, everything would be perfect.

− I don't like the bed because it causes severe back pain when I sleep.

Lovely house, with great facilities and an amazing location

Fantastic location, so near to the sea, right next to a beautiful park, with everything we needed nearby. Lovely to have somewhere to park too!

− The ziplock beds could do with a decent double mattress topper on to help with the ridge down the middle of the beds, and the cutlery provided was small and there wasn't much of it.

Great location, and off-street parking great. However: - Damp and leaks – There is clear evidence of damp on the ceiling, likely caused by a leak, which is not only unsightly but also raises concerns about mold and air quality. - Flooring defects – There are noticeable gaps in the laminate floorboards, making the surface uneven and potentially hazardous. - Unsafe shower door – The shower door has exposed metal edges, which pose a risk of injury. - Poor kitchen equipment – The provided cooking utensils are in such a poor state that they are virtually unusable. The cutting board is covered in countless deep scratches, making it unhygienic, and the saucepans are also scratched, raising concerns about food safety. - Cracked walls and woodwork – Numerous cracks can be seen around the walls and woodwork, indicating a lack of maintenance. - Broken blinds – The blinds are completely inoperative. They cannot be raised or even adjusted as the rods are missing, leaving me without proper control over privacy and natural light. - Beds – can feel the springs through the mattress. Some of these issues I can see were flagged last year, ie the blinds and the beds, but still haven’t been acted upon.
