10.0Loved the quirky feel of the hotel, great for a short stay with the family. Excellent continental breakfast and lovely staff. Rooms were clean and very comfortable.

4.0I get the Graffiti theme but that should not mean overpaid, areas uncleared and lack of basic items you have in your other hotels. Stayed in carcassone a few days earlier and was fabulous. Feels like the theme is an excuse to neglect the hotel
