1.0The resort has been closed for a year. Why the hell would you keep booking there. It was just a stroke of luck that we found another place to stay. This was a very important event for us. Shame on you

3.0− The hotel is getting renovated, and there's no one there. We were the only tenants, and the hotel was shut down. I received no email from the owners letting me know it was under major renovations. The pictures are not what the hotel looks like at all. The condition of the build was in bad shape.

2.0The location in Winter Park was the primary reason we stayed. While antiquated, we enjoyed the "nastalgic" feeling of being there.
− We asked twice for facilities help and did not get any. We were expecting to be able to use the swimming pool but it was closed. We were expecting to be able to use the hot tubs, but it was closed. This degraded our stay quite a bit.
Stiffed me on Refund for their computer glitch
1.0Never got refund of duplicate booking. Stayed in other room which was quite nice.

Great value and location on bus route.
9.0Nice property close to slopes and on bus route. The bus was a game changer for easy access to the slopes and includes parking door the day on the slopes. Nice, simple rooms. Great value this close to the slopes.
