Excellent Accommodation
9.0Excellent communication, location and attractive accommodation. Attentive, friendly & helpful assistance from Mattia and Antonella. Access excellent and easy (keys/locks). Clean, spacious and quiet accommodation with good layout. Thank you for enough coat hangers, shelves for clothes. It was a bonus having a fridge & coffee/tea making facility. Large bed. Nice to have window that can open properly!
− Very little that I didnt like! Too hard mattress (for me) - sofa bed mattress was more comfortable. It would be nice to have a softer, lower pillow instead of one very heavy and hard pillow and one very high pillow filled with foam bits (stiff neck each day). It would be nice to have a bin for recyclable items. Not easy to plug in kettle - either use fridge's wall socket or socket in bathroom.
