− One of your female hotel staff was extremely rude and sharp-tongued! She has a strong accent, so we could not understand her words. When we asked her to repeat herself, she made a dismissive remark and hung up the phone immediately.😡

9.0I really enjoyed the cleanliness and the standard which they provided . Hospitality is really good
− The air conditioning was not working also there was a leakage in shower. It would be beneficial if they keep moisturising cream for the clients.
