10.0ローケーション スタッフの対応 夕食がコース料理で、朝がビュッフェであること。 トリプルルームでもベッドがほとんど差がないこと。
− 大浴場にドライヤーが二台しかないこと。 夕食のドリンクメニューに生ビールがないこと。 朝のフルーツが少ないこと。 居室の洗面所にティッシュペーパーが無かったこと。

9.0部屋とレストランからの眺めと夕食の懐石料理が良かった。 お風呂も熱めからぬるめなどちょうど良いお湯温をえらべてゆっくりつかれた。 朝食ビュッフェも美味しかった。
− 大浴場に最低限のアメニティしか無かった。綿棒と櫛ぐらいはあると嬉しかった。 卓球やカラオケなど、遊べる施設があればもっと良かった。

− 基本的にはスタッフさんの対応は良かったが、もう少し説明や案内があると有難い！ 部屋の畳に髪の毛が多数落ちていたので、清掃をもう少ししっかりやってあると良い せっかく景色や食事、スタッフさんの笑顔が良いだけにもったいないと思います😵
又行きたくなる宿

− 三連休での価格なのでお得感とまではいかなかったというだけで良くない点は思い浮かばなかったです。
