− I checked in late evening. I was super tired. First they couldnt find my booking. Then I get to the room only to find the key slot broken. So the electricity dont work. I went back down to reception and reported it. Instead of apologizing and finding a solution, they sent a staff from reception to accompany me back to the room. They needed to verify it as if im lying. Alas! Its true... nothing works coz its broken!@@! So back down again to reception and the crazy thing is, throughout, noone apologized for the inconvenience. Just gave me another room. That's it. The breakfast was a joke! My reservation was without breakast so i paid almost 12£ for a Continental breakfast which in reality is just a poor option of croissants, toast bread, yogurt, canned fruits, some cheese and ham. The breakfast staff just stare at you and never smile. Joe was the only staff who was smiling. I appreciated that. The rest of the indian men standing around, made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Horrible experience ... infact for our remaning stay, my friend and I went out for breakfast. The 1st night I slept without heater because it was off. It was cold but I was too tired to go down again and report it. The 2nd day I told them the heater in the room wasn't working only to discover that you need to turn it on manually yourself... shouldn't be on anyways?!! The coffee station was like a bomb site. Everything thrown together... sugar teabags etc not arranged properly. The shower handle came off when I tried to adjust the temperature and it was rusty too. Bath amenities were placed on a plastic tray and 1 of it had not been capped well so it had poured onto the tray. It was a mess! The ONLY good thing this hotel has is the location. Never again.

Any additional cars are subject to the advance permission of the hotel and will then be charged at the daily parking rate. Parking is free and it is available only until departure time 11am. Please note that free parking is available for cars only, not for busses or lorries.
