9.0The service was exceptional. The GM personally attended to the details to ensure my room is cool for my comfort. The front desk staff was responsive immediately to my needs even at midnight. Details from the umbrella, restaurant recommendations, towels, lotions to the breakfast buffet were excellent. I will return.
− The lights were too dim to my liking and the furnishings and aircon system needed some modernisation and upgrade. A centralized aircon doesn't work for every room.
