6.0Property is clean, but definitely needs some updating. We are at the Oaks kitchen and it was excellent. Great service as well. The rooms are older and could use some refreshing, especially in the halls and bathrooms. The new young lady at check-in was not trained enough to be on her own yet. Made us wait 10 minutes to check in while on the phone. Forgot about our request for a corkscrew. Then, took 10 minutes to figure out how to charge us for a bottle of wine. Property was quiet and nice.
