10.0The staff and personnel were exceptionally friendly throughout our visit. The housekeeping staff even greeted us warmly as we were heading to our room, which was a nice personal touch. When we checked in, we were initially assigned a room on the second floor. One of the guests in our party has difficulty using stairs, so I asked if a first-floor room might be available. Your evening front desk associate was extremely understanding and accommodating. They even checked with the housekeeping staff to see if a first-floor room was ready for check-in and were able to move us. We truly appreciated the extra effort to make our stay more comfortable. I would like to recognize the evening front desk associate for being so accommodating, polite, professional, and genuinely caring. Their outstanding customer service made a lasting impression. Thank you for providing such excellent hospitality. We truly appreciate the outstanding service and will definitely be staying with you again.
