− The Indian guy at the counter was not helpful at all , kept saying that they had no reservation , and the booking info was irrelevant because they didn't have it on there computer , I tried calling booking for support and I he keeps saying their was nothing regardless what pictures I showed him or booking #'s . Then a lady came out and was heated as well saying that it was going to be extra because the kids , when it clearly says kids stay free , and it would have to be cash because they wont swipe nothing 10 dollars or under due to messing up there computer. Such poor customer service The staff , the location, the noise and the smell of the lobby and room.
Very cheap and worth more than the price.

10.0Our first impression was the front desk. You could not have asked for a friendlier greeting and after a day of traveling, that is so important. I asked for a ground floor and was given a handicapped room that had the most amazing shower. It was huge, walk in, had anti slip decals on the floor and grab bars all the way around. The room was spacious and extremely clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel and did I mention is was very budget friendly.
− I did not find fault with anything at this hotel.
Would definitely stay here again.
