Overall it was nice except the mattress left a bad taste in my mouth. The owner had the nerve to keep coming to the door
3.0I've always loved staying at the Comfort Inn. This time I was very disappointed. Starting off i called and asked if they had a pool and I was told yes. Only to find out at check in they didn't have one. That was the main reason i booked the room. So i decided to just upgrade to a room with the hot tub. I loved the hot tub. It's where my guest pulled out the sofa bed for my grandkids we were all horrified to see the mattress it was stained with what appeared to be blood and whatever else. They wouldn't even sleep in it. They slept on the floor. I was appalled. When I called the front desk they told me to turn it over and the other side was even worse. Needless to say I was very disappointed. They didn't even want to use the bed at all. There were no extra bedding in the room. I don't know if this will deter me from ever coming back again but I just know it will no longer be my first choice.
− The sofa bed mattress had awful stains all on it. Even on the other side as well. It appeared to be dry blood. My grandkids had to sleep on the floor because they didn't want to sleep on top of the mattress.
Overall, my stay at this location was a very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience.
2.0The location was pretty convenient to downtown.
− The bed protector cover had a few holes, water fills the tub and backs up during showering, not enough washcloths or towels provided, smelly carpet, and one in particular unfriendly hotel staff refusing to provide receipt/invoice at time of checkout, and this same staff person displaying unprofessionalism upon my requests to correct room key cards that kept deactivating.
