10.0We upgraded the room once we got there and it was amazing. The staff were lovely, the service was amazing, the hotel was impeccable. It was the highlight of our trip.
Great place to stay for a few nights and explore the beach area of Penang
7.0Lovely pool area, and beach ,location, clean and tidy, nice gardens and fantastic breakfast buffet.
− Rooms were a bit dated, and not much beach left…so not really a swimming beach place.
Voldoet absoluut niet aan de verwachtingen van een 5 sterren resort. Eerder 3,5!
4.0De uitzicht op zee en het zwembad.
− Personeel was niet goed opgeleid. Lieten veel steken vallen en staan niet klaar om je snel te helpen. Handdoeken moet je zelf halen, eten van voorgangers blijft gewoon liggen aan het zwembad. Een bestelling (eten) blijft gewoon liggen tot het koud wordt alvorens ze dit brengen. Er passeren 5 obers, kijken ernaar en toch laten ze het liggen. Dit terwijl restaurant leeg is. Redders slapen terwijl ze dienst hebben. Douchekop heel verblijf kapot en werd niet vervangen. Stopcontacten vallen eraf, opmaken van bed moet je zelf vragen. Je krijgt slechts 1 keycard voor een gezin van 4. Dit moet je alweer zelf gaan aanvragen. Ontbijt was ondermaats en heel erg druk. Avondeten buffet was allesbehalve goed en heel prijzig. Eten was koud, smaakloos, veel hetzelfde, drank moet je bijbetalen. Sorry maar dit is echt geen 5 sterren waardig!
A relaxing and fun stay
9.0Good location, fantastic and helpful staff, fun pool, clean rooms, great food options. Kids loved the adventure zone and breakfast buffet. Great amenities in the room and strong shower pressure. We all had a great time there.
− Complaint 1: There were cigarette butts, plastic bottles and broken glass at the beach area of the garden wing. Complaint 2: Beef and lamb options at the 2 dinner buffets we ate at were low quality, hard and chewy. Not 5 star hotel quality at all. They should melt in your mouth. Suggestion: Remove instant Nescafé from rooms and put Malaysian coffee (Kopi) options which are much much better.
