− A causa dell’estrema vicinanza alla metro sembrava ci fosse sempre il terremoto. Scortese un membro dello staff durante la colazione. Nonostante avevamo provveduto a registrare la nostra presenza in sala colazione, tra tutte le persone presenti è venuto diretto da noi con un atteggiamento a dir poco scontroso convinto che non avevamo “timbrato” il pass della colazione.

− Worst experience ever Advertised as Eiffel Tower views, we had views of toilets from the other building with naked people showering A rumbling sound every 2 to 3 minutes from the metro station across the say and night No house keeping, 4 nights without even changing bedding, towels, toilet garbage. Last but not least, 150 units with 1 functioning elevator Ruined my entire stay in Paris A refund or partial refund is needed Do not consider this property

7.0Très bon emplacement (proche de la Tour Eiffel et de nombreux restaurants). Chambres confortables. Possibilité de vue sur la Tour Eiffel.
− Bruyant à cause du métro (même quand avec des boules Quies on ressent les vibrations dans certaines chambres). Trop cher même sans petit-déjeuner.

5.0The location is prime, very accessible to the Eiffel tower.
− It's a 4 star hotel, the communication and the pace of service should be a bit higher. It took me multiple calls and a long wait to get things sorted or communicated. The toilet flush stopped working by the end of the first day. I asked for 1 large bed and they put 2 singles together and it kept moving and moving and I had to wake up in the middle of sleep to put them back together. It was after a message that my request for 1 large bed was met by the hotel. I've a recorded video of the toilet flush
