3.0Good location, reasonable parking, smelled clean and beds were comfortable
− First I arrived and staff completely ignored me saying I wanted to pay my deposit with cash. Didn't go over what he was charging my card, interacted with me enough to tell me my room number. At first room seemed ok. Until I took a shower. Absolutely the worst water pressure, would come and go. And worse was the sound, like a jack hammer was in the shower with me. And that sound continued off and on throughout the night. Could barely hear the tv over how loud it was. And definitely didn't sleep well. And then to top things off while getting dressed I noticed a cockroach on the bed I had just gotten out of. I went to tell front desk at check out and just got a oh sorry. I asked about my deposit and was informed that they don't release the funds til midnight.

4.0The advantages include only the location, - close to the Muni and BART stations, - close to the city center
− - The bathroom was in very poor condition; when you took a shower, the entire pipes would vibrate very loudly. - There was no cleaning or towel replacement during the entire stay (that's how I hung the sign). Even when I caught the cleaning lady and asked for a replacement towel, she took them but didn't bring new ones. - There was a lot of wind through the cracks in the doors, so they had to be sealed with something to prevent the cold and the loud noises.
