10.0Very friendly staff and nice, sit down breakfast provide. Room was comfortable and clean. I should have read the fine print; not realizing our room had a bathroom across the hall.

8.0Nice accomodations. No parlor or sitting area in b and b. We were in The Library which had an outside entrance rather than thru interior of home. Breakfast was basic but with several options(standard egg/bacon/toast;.yogurt with blueberries; cereal; pancakes with blueberries; or French toast with blueberries) We chose pancakes with blueberries. The breakfast syrup was provided in the plastic, disposable individual cups and not the real maple syrup. You'd expect that in a hotel but not a bed and breakfast. Breakfast is served 8-9:30.

8.0Great. Place but it needs a bit of upkeep. The room was comfortable but the ceiling was cracked and peeling, no leak just old.The bed was super nice and comfortable and breakfast was good. Just needs some TLC. A few amenities like water and water glasses in the room would be a great addition.

6.0The Victorian Inn desperately needs to be renovated. For the price, it should have had clean baseboards in the bathroom or a shower curtain that wasn't covered in slime. The beds are hard and uncomfortable, and I wondered the whole time when was the last time the quilts were laundered? It's dark and dreary inside the rooms and the whole place could use a paint job.
