Frühstück war in diesem Preis nicht enthalten. Wir mussten sogar für Bettwäsche und Handtücher extra pro Person 20€ bezahlen. So etwas haben wir in all unseren Reisen nicht erlebt.

− Die Jalousien im Schlafzimmer müssten erneuert werden. Zu hell in der Nacht im Schlafzimmer, da eine Jalousie weiße Lamellen hatte. Das eine Bett hatte furchtbar geknarrt, wenn man sich umdrehte. Matratzen waren zu weich. Auch das nostalgische Sofa im Wohnzimmer war so weich, dass man beim Hinsetzen nach hinten kippte. Die Schwelle zur Küche war eine Stolperfalle. Auch müsste das nostalgische Sofa in der Sitzkante erneuert werden, war zerschlissen. Treppenaufgang zu steil, anstrengend hinaufzugehen wenn man noch den Koffer bei sich hatte. Schwelle der Eingangstür zur Wohnung zu hoch, man musste aufpassen, dass man nicht stolperte.

− In a Moskito paradise, no anti Moskito measures (screens or electric repellants) A lamp hanging on a already way to low ceiling being simply a plain safety hazard The couch and bed a very run down and uncomfortable We paid extra for bedding, but no sheet for the couch We said we come with a 1 yo baby and there was so many dangerous things at baby level (this not a family rental at all) We had to pay the daily tax in cash as we arrived extra (why not an extra line on the bill?) No blind in the living room so it got super hot over day

Pleasant but overpriced

The location was ideal for travelling around Lübbenau, it’s very central and you can easily walk to many locations and restaurants. The staff were very friendly, though I only communicated with them over the phone—I speak little German but communication was easy and they were helpful. The staff at the cafe downstairs were also super helpful and friendly, and it is an adorable cafe! The apartment is spacious and looks just like in the photos. The kitchen is well-equipped with utensils and there’s a good-sized fridge. It’s charming if that antique vibe is what you’re into.

− You have to pay extra for linen rentals, which is stated in the listing. There was also no toiletries and we had to rush out to the Markt to get some before it closed. Noise is an issue as we could hear the music from a neighboring apartment (?) very loudly through the walls, and lots of street noise but that one is to be expected. The bed sank and is very creaky and old. Generally it feels overpriced, but we also went over New Year’s Eve and that might be why.
