− Staff were surly and unhelpful.Not sure they should be in hospitality.Came back to hotel at 11pm and could not get a drink."Bars closed " the employee boomed at us.Hotel awkward to get to by car.Honestly the owners are missing a trick given the hotels charm and potential.

9.0Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. L’établissement est très agréable, avec un joli jardin calme, bien ombragé, qui permet de profiter d’un cadre reposant. Le personnel est également très accueillant, professionnel et à l’écoute.
− Petit bémol concernant certains clients torse nus sur la terrasse, ce qui est assez moyen pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Nous avons également constaté la présence de quelques morceaux de verre sur la terrasse, ce qui peut être dangereux et mériterait davantage de vigilance.

7.0C'est la 2è fois que nous venons. Nous apprécions le jardin, les espaces extérieurs et leurs salons, le restau, la piscine. Côté chambre, c'est également OK.
− Ce qui m'a particulièrement gênée cette fois ci, c'est l'investissement des terrasses dès 10h du matin et jusqu'à quasiment 16H, par le personnel d'entretien et leurs chariots (poubelles, linges sales, etc)
