10.0Location and the modern updates that they have made. Access to coffee and water all day was a nice feature.
− The continental breakfast was lacking. Waffles, bagels and some pretty stale cereal and not appealing in nature. Have seen better in other hotels.

7.0The reception staff was great really helpful and accommodating this is the second time I stayed there. you can get great views and it's really close to the mall and the gondola.
− The breakfast lady was kinda arrogant, she kept looking at what you're grabbing instead of refilling, the common area was closed after 11, and the water cooler was inside so that was disappointing.
