10.0Great location near Times Square Convenient for the Metro Very friendly staff who are most helpful Tea,coffee, water available 24/7 Small but functional workout room
− Only the fact that the views were somewhat limited - but you expect that in NYC

9.0Nice size room, helpful staff
− Rooftop closed
Nice location to be able to walk to many major sightseeing attractions. Lots of food options nearby
8.0Liked the 2nd floor to fill up on beverages and sometimes you would get snacks in the afternoon. Staff at front desk were very friendly.
− Housekeeping did not fill up body wash on one of the times she came in, otherwise she did a good job. It would have been nice to get shower caps replenished every time she came in to clean.
Comfortable room, convenient to subway and major landmarks, and loved the water refill stations
9.0Room size is adequate, clean, functional. Staffs very friendly.
− Our room's toilet is so close to the shower that made using it uncomfortable.
Great time in the city and a great location. Next time I’ll work directly with the hotel.
8.0If breakfast was offered, we were not made aware of it.
− The non-cancellation requirement was constrictive when our family’s plans changed. Since we would have lost all our money we had to work around a situation that made me not want to use booking.com again. There was no flexibility offered to us.
