2.0Hated it. Do not waste your money. Staff is terrible and hotel is not even clean.
Good spot in the hills above Florence
8.0The hotel met expectations. A little dated, but clean and comfortable beds, room not too hot, meant we slept well. A base for exploring Florence, enjoyable in its own right. I imagine it's lovely here in the spring. Would happily return.

Not very welcoming
4.0We arrived hot and footsore having walked all day through the mountains but were given an indifferent welcome. Our request for an early breakfast was met with negativity, though eventually it was agreed to provide us with a bottle of water and a tub of biscuits. The room was clean.
