10.0Fantastic location 2 minutes from the subway station. We booked a room with a terrace and the view was as good as any mirador looking out towards the castle. Very clean and also a good size room as well. The front desk checked us in and actually then showed us to the room and helped with the luggage rather than just pointing us to the lift. Breakfast was good, nice selection but I would have prefered more juice options rather than just orange and water. The stand out of the hotel though are the staff. Front desk were always friendly and helpful with recommendatoions for anything you need but the bar staff were all exceptional and even if you dont stay at the hotel go to the rooftop bar to admire the view.
Perfect stay in Lisbon
10.0This was our first trip to Lisbon and we couldn’t have picked a better hotel. The room was big with blackout drapes and great air conditioning. There were welcome treats when we arrived which we loved. It was in the heart of Chiado without being too loud. We walked everywhere. The rooftop bar has the best view in the city and the staff were outstanding. I highly recommend!
Perfect place
10.0We stayed at Hotel do Chiado for a trip as a couple, and everything was perfect. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The service was excellent, and the location could not have been better. A big thank you to the entire hotel team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would gladly stay here again!
Beautiful and memorable trip to Lisbon
10.0Superb hotel in perfect location and everyone of the staff working there are an asset to the hotel. Cannot fault any part of this hotel. We stayed in a premium room with terrace and the view was beautiful. They go above and beyond to make your stay a memorable trip. Definitely recommend and will definitely visit again soon
