− The Room Card was not activated properly There was no TV remote available in the room
Great location but needs more love and dedication.
7.0Location, beach, breakfast and restaurants (if open), room size and renovation top!
− Pool is falling apart, water was around 35 degrees hot. Gym very sad and outdated, teens facilities (billiard room, table tennis) very outdated and loveless. Resort in general outdated and overgrown, stagnant rivers and ponds with algae, sunbeds old and outdated, no service staff around the pool.

10.0I had a wonderful stay at this Hotel in Al Aqah. The location is perfect, right on the beach with a beautiful mountain view that makes the experience even more special. The atmosphere is relaxing and ideal for a getaway. A special thanks to all staff for their outstanding service. They were very cooperative, friendly, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic place to stay!
