− Dirty. Broken bed. Outdated.
Excellent location, friendly staff, but underwhelming overall.
6.0The location was ideal. Right near Monticello and UVA. We were able to put a family of 5 in one room comfortably. It was mostly clean.
− The air conditioner made a loud noise for most of the night. The breakfast was underwhelming. Facilities are tired.

5.0Best priced hotel that’s close to UVA. Decent pool. Breakfast was good.
− The walls were peeling and drooping. The carpets had stains everywhere. The elevator sounded like it was in its last leg. The smell of “old” stale air filled the hallway. The bed felt like the springs were trying to escape through the mattress. The bathtub was shaped like a sharp V shape. Couldn’t stand flat footed in the shower. The shower space itself was tiny. Too many homeless or randoms walking around vehicles, scoping around.
