Room Smelled of Cigarette Smoke
4.0Extremely disappointed in our hotel room stay. The room smelled of cigarettes and gave me a really bad headache. Keep in mind this hotel is smoke free. I reported this to the front desk and they did not seem very concerned. They provided me with a room spray, which I promptly used and it made no difference whatsoever. I reported once again that the room still smelled like cigarettes and they did nothing about it. I advised that it would be important to report this to management.

6.0The hotel was in a great location. The staff was super friendly. The elevator was really small but we just made more than one trip with the luggage. My only complaint is about the pillows. Terrible, terrible pillows. Sleeping was really tough for us because of the pillows. Not acceptable for a 4star rated hotel.

8.0Overall, it’s a great hotel in a convenient location. However, parking was difficult as the property doesn’t have its own, and no VIP benefits or upgrades were offered. The small elevator was sometimes inconvenient, especially at checkout, but the hotel itself is comfortable and enjoyable.
