10.0Alles TOP, von Anfang bis Ende. Es wurde an jede Kleinigkeit gedacht. Es gibt viel was für die Kinder, sowie auch für Erwachsene. Vielen Dank. Der Blick auf den See ist jeden Cent wert.

7.0Die Sauberkeit ist sehr gut. Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich mit Innenpool und direktem Fahrstuhlzugang. Sehr gutes Frühstück ! Abendessen von sehr guter Qualität, jedoch war das Raumklima sehr stickig und wenig Ambiente.
− Keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer und im Restaurant bei über 30°C Außentemperatur, Badezimmerbelüftung funktionierte nicht und kein Insektenschutz am Badfenster

5.0The location is great, scenic, half board dinner is good. Spa area is great. The general area around the hotel is beautiful.
− Awful nights sleep, It’s the single most important aspect of a hotel booking. The pillows were diabolical , shallow to the point you may as well not have them, I didn’t sleep at all. The staff are okay, they are trying their best but customer service isn’t a strong point. Please keep in mind this is mostly German speaking, they don’t speak much English which was not an issue. The breakfast was not great, I was expecting more considering the dinner that we had. When you pay 480gbp, 576 Euros for two nights , I am expecting a lot more as we chose this over the Kempinski in Dresden which was at an identical price point for far superior service. I would not recommend for families or anyone that values their sleep.

The panoramic spa with swimming pool and sauna area is available free of charge from 14:00 on the day of arrival until 11:00 on the day of departure.
Guests can pay extra (EUR 20 per adult or children aged 13 and above, EUR 10 per child aged between 6 and 12) to use the spa with pool and sauna until 15:00 on the day of departure.
The hotel serves breakfast in 2 shifts (07:00 until 08:30 and 09:00 until 10:00) and also serves dinner in 2 shifts (18:00 until 19:30 and 20:00 until 21:30). Guests are asked to inform the hotel in advance about their preferred time for breakfast and dinner.
