We were in town for 3 funerals in 1 weekend but we had this beautiful experience here.
10.0This is a wonderful hidden gem!!! Everything was so beautiful. Our first time but not our last. No other hotel in South Boston Va can hold a candle to The Berry Hill Hotel & Conference Center. We have been to all of the other hotels & this is by far the best. Customer service was amazing! Thank you all so much!!

4.0Disappointed is the best way to describe the experience. As a photo opp location it is good. But, when you look closer you start to notice how run down it has become. The front desk staff are petulant and condescending, The continental breakfast was probably the worst I have seen in 25 years. All the items that should have been hot,were stone cold. The fruit was molding. Hello, can you say Health Code Violation? Eating at the "Darby's Tavern" is a travesty. Definitely the worst place I ever eaten at. I have never been served a steak with more grissle and fat. Totally uneatible. Grèen beans with the stems still on, and mashed potatoes that were days old and had been barely microwaved. And that's after waiting 20 minutes to get the order taken and then waiting an additional 55 minutes to be served such a disgusting meal.
