5 star hotel but service like 2 star.
5.0The overall hotel location was great for me and the security of the hotel was topnotch. The behavior of the stuff's are very helpful and polite. Rooms size was enough. The complimentary breakfast was awesome. There was lots of variety.
− The washroom wasn't possible to keep dry as i see, their washroom's water outlet is not made in a good way, that's why it wasn't possible to keep dry. They lacked many things. They delayed so many time to pick the call for room service, front desk, duty manager. Even sometimes not picking it. And if i asked for any service they delayed every times more than 20 minutes or more. In room dining services was so expensive for every food.
