10.0Unser Aufenthalt war einfach außergewöhnlich. Wir haben die ruhige, friedliche Lage mitten in der Natur sehr genossen. Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön gestaltet und von hoher Qualität, und die Herzlichkeit des gesamten Teams hat unseren Aufenthalt noch besonderer gemacht. Die Tiere, der Hof und das Greenhouse schaffen eine einzigartige Atmosphäre. Ein absolutes Highlight war das Spa, die Kombination aus den historischen Gemäuern und dem modernen Wellnesskonzept war einfach traumhaft und ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Besonders wertvoll war für uns als Familie, dass unsere Kinder die Natur frei entdecken, spielen und erleben konnten. Genau diese Freiheit und Verbundenheit mit der Natur machen diesen Ort so besonders. Für uns war die gesamte Hotelerfahrung eine glatte 10/10

Felt like the establishment wants to keep you enclosed within the compound.
7.0Beautifully maintained Hacienda
− Room was not cleaned on our last day. Handled inappropriately by staff. Took over 30 minutes to get clean towels. I’m almost sure management was not advised of this mishap. Was offered no compensation for this. Plus upon check out they wanted to charge us for two to go coffees. No WiFi, no television and no coffee in room. Pool hours and use of horses are limited. Spa prices are sky high. Felt like we were imprisoned with the process of coming and going.

− El costo de la comida es algo elevado considerando la calidad precio se puede decir que es una calidad normal para un precio elevado, deben mejorar el sabor y platillos, por ejemplo el bufete del domingo es muestra de ello
