2.0I did not stay at this property it was more than insulting to me as a customer. I had to sleep in my car . I walked in and back out it wasn’t even fit for a dog to sleep there.

2.0I just have to express how utterly dissatisfied/disgusted with my stay (or rather not stay) since we left because the room was so disgusting that we could not stay. First when we arrived we couldn’t check in. There was a note saying be back in 15 minutes so we had to wait around for someone before we could check in. This was after the 3:00pm check in time. Next I reserved a king room and was told there was only a double room available. We get to the room and there was not a clean surface in the entire room. Floors were sticky. The one bed was propped up by a cinder block. The chairs were stained with god knows what. The freezer was caked with ice that was stained with what looked like blood, like someone had frozen meat in there that leaked all over. The pillows and pillowcases were disgusting. It smelled of smoke even with it being a non smoking room. I wasn’t expecting a five star resort but did expect conditions good enough that I that could sleep there. Instead, we choose to drive home 4 hours (getting home at 3:00am) vs staying there. I have never, in all my years of traveling, left an hotel/motel because I was unable to stay due the conditions. Deplorable.
