10.0Grand Hyatt Dubai is exceptional in many ways. Firstly the staff are welcoming and friendly. Great facilities in the room and across the hotel. The water park was fantastic and my children enjoyed the day out in water park. Excellent breakfast with varieties of options. Complementary early check in and a surprise birthday cake.

3.0Overall rating: 5/10 I booked this hotel through Booking.com for 2 adults and 5 children. During the booking process, I entered the ages of all the children, including my 15-year-old, and the reservation was confirmed. However, when we arrived at the hotel, we were told that my 15-year-old was considered an adult and we had to pay an additional AED 450 at check-in. This was very disappointing because there was no clear warning during the Booking.com reservation process that an extra charge would apply. The hotel itself was good, but the check-in experience was stressful and unexpected. I recommend that Booking.com clearly display age policies and any additional charges before confirming reservations, so families can avoid surprises on arrival.

All guests and visitors must be registered at the front desk with physical ID. Acceptable forms of identification include Emirates ID, GCC ID for GCC nationals, and a passport. A UAE driver's license is only accepted for UAE nationals. Soft copies are not accepted for any of the above forms of ID. || A damage deposit of AED 1,500 is required upon arrival and will be collected by credit card. The deposit will be refunded via credit card subject to an inspection of the property Early departure will incur in full stay charges. || All special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. || All bookings that include the night of December 31st, the following compulsory charges apply: AED 1,900 per adult and AED 800 per child (ages 6-11) on December 31st. Please note the New Year’s Eve Deposit Policy: a non-refundable deposit of 100% of the total stay is required, which includes the mandatory Gala Dinner charges. This deposit will be collected 30 days prior to arrival. || Any guest 12 years or older will be considered an adult and subject to adult pricing. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property. || Waterpark access will depend on the number of nights booked. For example, a 1-night stay entitles the guest to one access either after check-in or before check-out.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
