Pretty Disappointing
4.0The rooms weren't bad and the people in the restaurant were very nice but this hotel went without hot water for at least 5 days (I left after that) and lied and told me every day that it was about to be fixed. It never was. Also, no one working at the hotel speaks fluent English.

− I booked a room with a king-size bed, and when I checked in, they told me there wasn't any available. The price for a room with a king-size bed was higher than a standard room with two beds. I took the standard room because it was late, and I did not want to argue with the hostess. Neatless to say, this isn't the first time this has happened.
