Promote that hard-working evening desk clerk to assistant and give him a good salary to keep him!
7.0evening desk clerk was helpful, polite and accommodating. As some of the other reviews mention, there are some needed updates, but for the price... it was clean enough. As a former hotel GM, I recognized that there are some long-term guests who are staying there for work. This can feel a little uncomfortable for the traveler thinking that people "live" at the property. I knew what to expect when I saw the work trucks in the parking lot and I was unbothered and so should you be. Crews traveling for work need an affordable place to stay while they are away from home so, yes, just some hard-working folks making themselves as comfortable as possible while away from their home. We would stay again if we were in the area. Simple, clean, convenient, friendly staff, breakfast, pool, coffee, and a decent bed... all I needed!
