1.0El tamaño de las habitaciones studio.
− El colchón del sillón cama era viejo y malo. Se sentían todos los fierros en la espalda. Los niños durmieron pésimo. Además no dejaron colchas para el sillón cama y tampoco estaba armando cuando llegamos. Al pedir colchas nos pasaron 4 sábanas y dijeron que era lo que había para taparse. Ridículo el precio para esa basura de atención, carísimo!!! La recepcionista muy desagradable. Piscina temperada con agua fría.
Comfort stay but need better cleaning
8.0Room layout was great. Free breakfast was good. The kitchen was handy.
− The shower was dirty. There were different lengths of hairs on the shower wall. It was disgusting.

VERY DISAPPOINTING
2.0They told me the hotel was full despite my reservation and sent me to the worst hotel in Buffalo. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I reached out to the manager and never got a response. VERY DISAPPOINTING
