− Purtroppo è entrata una blatta in stanza che camminava sui nostri letti. Abbiamo segnalato l’accaduto in reception, ma non hanno fatto nulla per risolvere il problema. Ho dovuto rincorrere la donna delle pulizie affinché mi cambiasse le lenzuola e ci desse il veleno

− El mini tamaño de la habitación,y mucho menos el mini tamaño del baño,era tan pequeño que para dejar mis cosas de aseo,,había que hacerlo encima de la tapa del WC,y si necesitas utilizar el WC,tienes que sacar todo a la habitación,podrían poner alguna percha o alguna estanteria

− No había sitio para secar las cosas y toallas, en 2 día hemos manchado la sabana y no la han cambiado
