9.0La ubicación del hotel, el personal en general es buena onda, por ahi te cruzas con alguno no tan simpatico, pero es la menos de las veces. la habitacion comoda, algo lejos, pero eso no depende del hotel. Las zonas de piscina y playa super limpias. Ideal para viajar sola (como hice yo) o para grupo de amigos. Acceso libre al otro hotel (family) donde hay mas entretenimiento
− La habitación estaba muy bien, pero se escuchaba un ruido de viento que cuando consulté me dijeron que era "la naturaleza". la habitación daba al mar y es normal que haya viento, lo que no es normal es q ese viento se escuche dentro de la habitación. Para "tapar" ese ruido bastante molesto prendía el aire acondicionado y el ruido del motor hacía que el viento no se escuchara. El bar del lobby cierra a las 0 hs., si querés tomar algo despues de esa hora tenes q irte al otro hotel (family), te tomas el tren y te vas o caminas.... El personal a veces no era muy simpatico.

10.0Habitación amplia y cómoda, cuenta con caja de seguridad. Brindan todos los minities necesarios para la estadía, incluso bata y pantuflas. Cuenta con un frigobar bien surtido y el consumo de las bebidas está incluido. Los sectores comunes están muy buen cuidados. La comida bufet es variada y fresca. El personal es muy amable y solícito en cada sector. Tienen teatro con espectáculos todas las noches. Organizan actividades para los que quieran sumarse a jugar, bailar, cantar, etc. Pero, si no querés participar, hay espacios tranquilos. Cuenta con varios restaurantes con reserva, incluidos en el precio y otros que se abonan aparte. La calidad de la comida es muy buena, pero personalmente creo que los postres podrían mejorar. Se puede recorrer todo el resort con transporte del hotel (trencito) entre los complejos. Tiene un shopping con tiendas de todo tipo. La bebida está incluida incluso en los bares y brindan gran variedad de tragos con bebidas de buena marca.
