− They double charged us and “there was nothing they could do.”
The place needs to fixed. Bathtubs needs to be replaced. Towels need to be of better quality too,
1.0Did not like anything. Breakfast was advertised as everyday, On arrival, was told breakfast is only on Saturdays and Sundays. We did not have time to attend; hence, I can't rate it.
− Bathroom is horrible with paint chipped bathtubs. Soap dispensers not working, they are decorations: No bath soap, no shampoo. Tissue ran out. Trash not picked up, beds not made. Towels not changed or offered to be changed in 3 days. Entrance to the parking lot needs to be paved/fixed - has terrible potholes. Booked for four day, stayed 3 days, no refund given.
Great location to downtown shops, but didn’t feel completely safe.

− Bathroom tub needs replacement. Loud tenants, a lot of screaming and door banging. Some residents live in some of the hotel rooms. Walls very thin.

2.0it was close to downtown and the staff were nice
− 1st- my boyfriend stepped on a piece of glass that was in the bathroom, that had a burn mark on the toilet seat, and his foot was sliced open. 2nd- the staff was nice, but when we arrived we did not have the room we booked originally that was extra to pay for, but the staff were accommodating. 3rd- there was also a burn mark on the comforter and some of the lights did not work.
