If the breakfast was better, this would be the best hotel in Sydney.
7.0Staff- Excellent staff and very accommodating to all needs. It's located in a quiet side of CBD and one can really sleep well here. 5 Stars for privacy.

10.0This was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in and I travel extensively around the world for work. The hotel is exceptional, and you can see the attention to detail in every aspect of the guest experience. The room is not only comfortable but also beautifully designed, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of Sydney's main attractions. The hotel itself is elegant and full of character. It has a lovely bar, perfect for relaxing or waiting before heading out. The breakfast is outstanding, with a wide variety of high-quality, fresh options. Every member of the staff was professional, courteous, and exceptionally well-trained. I was genuinely impressed. This hotel truly lives up to its five-star rating, and I would gladly stay here again.
− The only aspect I would point out, in my opinion, is the hotel's dinner restaurant, James. While the food quality is good, the menu offers very few options and is quite niche. There aren't many classic or simple choices, such as a basic pasta dish. Since we preferred to dine at the hotel, we found ourselves somewhat limited by the menu.
