− We accidentally booked the handicap accessible room, which was our mistake. But there wasn't any other available rooms to move to. This was not the hotels fault.
Poor
4.0Went to Extended Stay in San Marcos- free breakfast- muffins only- nothing hot- as a business traveler- muffins are not breakfast. An longer stay than 2 days and no business office- couldn't even print one page- no key to restroom on the first floor- coffee was scarce - even though they have a good coffee machine. I was there 10 days- had to escalate to get a third chair in a room that says it accommodates 4? TV was not functioning when we got there- bright spot- maintenance fixed quickly. Ryan on front desk was very friendly. Nope- didn't earn any repeat business from me. I have 3 more trips to go - 10 days each for the rest of the year. You can be assured that I will not be staying at Extended Stay America.
