7.0My room, and the joined bathroom, were both clean. The neighborhood felt safe to walk through and the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of King's Cross and St. Pancras. There were a lot of options nearby to get a late night snack.
− When I arrived, the man behind the desk took ages to find my booking. I was honestly scared something had gone wrong. It was solved eventually, but the whole situation came across as somewhat unprofessional.
