− The location of the room. There was no coffee maker. The freg had no freezer. There was only one pillow per person on the bed. There were roaches and gnats in the room. The manager claimed I reserved a handicap room and charged me 20 dollars to change it to a regular one. I didn't reserve a handicap because I'm not handicapped.
